Designer, maker, crafter…. I like to be all those things
Colouring with Indigo is pure magic. This process involves chemicals, and I can not really explain what is going on in the dyepot, but it goes from green to blue in minutes. Feels like magic!
My beloved Lucy sneaking up on the grape pie. Luckily, not much of a sweet tooth, this one.
Grapeseason in Norway. Does that sound a bit strange? I get equally exited over this “phenomena”, as I did on my first trip to the Mediterranean in the late Eighties and I saw palm trees for the first time. The truth is, grapes can not grow all over this country, but they do grow down here, and the vine has spread out substantially. The grapes are blueberry size, though, but still good.
Travel. Love it, although living by the sea has calmed me down, considerably.
This is the house I live in
I love plants, trees, flowers…. basically, anything that grows. And I love working with these, from seeds, bulbs, tubers and seedlings in the ground to arranging cut flowers in a vase.
Now, some pictures from my lasting love for flowers has resulted in actual photographs available for purchase at Printler.com. Check out DesignSalong on their page.

Colour me happy!
With or without fur, feathers and whiskers.
My beautiful friend got married on New Years Eve! She looked stunning despite heavy rain and gusty winds, and a few raindrops in the veil means happiness, right?
